Dressing Down W/ Denim

I can't get enough of denim, this summer it's all about denims and there are so many ways to pair them up and make em' hot! Giorgio Armani said so himself in August's Glamour Issue, "Jeans represent freedom; they signify democracy in fashion." A couple of tips from himself, always have a pair of five- pocket straight leg jeans, a classic that flatters any body type, it's true. Never wear them to a wedding or any black-tie events. Stick to the formal dress code! Of course, you make them look good, you must also feel the same confidence. A great smile is the perfect accessory to any outfit! So many people are wondering how to wear their jeans and denim in the summer when the heat is out, it's no secret! Really, don't sweat it. It's all about that confidence remember? Get out those summer mid-calf boots you've been stuffing somewhere in the back of your closet and pair them up with your hottest jeans. Roll them up for a modern spicy look ;) If you like the denim on denim idea but never had the guts to try it (don't worry, we all have the same issue), don't get upset about it, here are some tips. What you can always do is mismatch your denim color/wash to avoid the Canadian tuxedo look. If you how to pair your denim shirts, just tuck em' under a puffy skirt, ruffle skirt, anything flirty! I believe we don't have too much trouble with the cropped denim jacket look. You can always pair it with a flowy maxi dress, floral dress, anything above-the-knee dress/skirt (unless it's a maxi dress, of course). There are endless ways to wear our jeans/denim and still look chic at the same time! My all time favorite is the "French girl channeler t-skirts with skinnies. It's a beautiful classic look and you don't have to put so much effort, isn't that relief.
