A spicy, sweet & sour Cambodian dish!

Another one of my favorite foreign dish would be the Cambodian's Little Circle Fried Shrimp Cake. Haha alright just so you all know, it's not really a CAKE with SHRIMPS! For all my Vietnamese people out there, you would know this as the Bot Banh Khot, yes the name sounds terrible right?! Anyways I will have the recipe under sources so look for that & it's pretty easy to make if you know where to find the RIGHT FLOUR. If you want to make this recipe but can not find a store to get the product, hit me up! Here's a sweet preview of what my Tuesday night dinner looks like.
Bon appetit!

Recipe:
nuoc mam (fish sauce) or sweet chili Thai sauce
rau thom (herbs) & rau ram (Viet mints)
Bot Banh Khot (fried shrimp cake flour) (necessary)
cut up cucumbers *optional*
Shrimps (necessary) 1 lb. for 6 servings

Preparation: Take 4 cups of cold water mix well with 1 cup of fresh milk and one pack of the FSC flour.
Filling preparation: Chop 1 pack of green onion, granulate 1 lb. fresh shrimp (or depending on servings) cup in 3 pieces each, wash well and dry it. Put oil in the pan, then fry together the garlic, mixed flour, shrimps, green onion and mix well.

Method: Put the cake mold on the fire (small), then put a little bit oil on it, add the filling materials, cover it, put some oil around the cake until the cake shows in a golden color, it becomes a nice cake! Serve with the herbs and mints, cucumber, and dip it in fish sauce or sweet chili Thai sauce!
