Kiss Goodbye to 2010,

& say hello to what's in store for 2011! Feels refreshing to start off the new year with no plans of making resolutions to keep to. Besides, we never actually do them anyways ;) Alright alright, so I might have made some resolutions, which I may actually go through with! Here is the list, oh and of course, I also want to know your resolutions!

Lets admit it, we never stick to those "losing weight" resolutions. In fact, we put on more weight from new years to Christmas then we do from Thanksgiving to New Years. Instead of putting ourselves through the pain of diet, which never really works, start exercising! Get a gym membership, do morning or late afternoon joggs. Even if your schedule's tight, squeeze it in there somehow.
Do more volunteer and help people. On any given night, anywhere fro 700,000 to 2 million people are homeless.  Visit nursing homes, the folks there rarely have family or friends to visit. Bring them something. Volunteer at a local hospital. Hospitals are ALWAYS busy and there usually are not enough helpers. There have plenty of different volunteer programs. I am speaking from experience. Sign up for a Big Sister/Big Brother program. Spend time with a child, teach them to read, play or sport and connect with them. Become a member of some of the biggest humanitarian organization (UNICEF) or (Red Cross). Clean up at a park, a mountain, a community. Give blood this year. Drink responsibly, drive safely & slow down.
